Located in San Tan Valley AZ, I lead yoga classes in the CCR neighborhood, the local library, and sprinkled around the east valley. I also lead personal SUP yoga/fitness classes in the warmer months.
My classes welcome all levels and are tailored on the spot for the yogis in attendance. I have over 10 years of instructor experience and hold 8 instructor and safety certifications (as of 1/1/26) and have worked for, lead, and created my own 200HR YTT programs.
I am the mother of 2 growing goblins and wife to my own personal prince charming. On my off time I enjoy reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and yoga & fitness.
I aim to create a space for all to feel safe accepted and welcomed.
